Instructions générales pour les conférenciers

Le public du séminaire est très hétérogène (notamment en raison des thématiques diverses étudiées au laboratoire), l’objectif est donc de ne pas faire un séminaire trop spécialisé ; il est préférable de consacrer plusieurs transparents à une introduction générale présentant le domaine, et de faire en sorte qu’au moins la première moitié du séminaire reste à un niveau accessible pour les personnes travaillant dans un autre domaine. Le séminaire est en anglais, et il est donc demandé de préparer ses transparents en anglais.

Le séminaire a lieu à 11h15. Le conférencier est prié de venir au moins 15 minutes avant pour installer et tester la projection. Le séminaire dure environ 45 minutes pour laisser du temps de discussion à la fin.
